Mr Marshall has been teaching at VCHS for 6 years. He graduated From Biola University and the Torrey Honnors Institute with a Communications Degree with an emphasis in Film Production and a minor in Bible. Recently Mr Marshall earned a Masters of Education with an emphasis on Instructional Technology from SJSU. His Final project included developing curriculum to teach and aide schools around the country develop programs like the unique one here at VCHS. He is married to Mrs Marshall who also teaches at VCHS in the History Dept. including 3 AP classes and and honors class.
Mr Marshall operates the VCHS Webcast and is the sponsor for the Film Club and the Sequential Art Club, as well as working with the new Freedom Now wing of the Humanitarian Aide Club sponsored by his wife.
The reason he teaches at VCHS is because during his final year of film school he realized something important. One person can make an enormous impact on the world, especially in Hollywood. If he was to be one person in the Industry that would be great! But what if he could replace himself with 5 or 10 or 100!? That would really shake up Hollywood and America. So Marshall is dedicated to connecting young filmmakers with Christians in the industry making Quality films and working in the industry where an impact can be made so that they can change the lives of those in the industry with their life and example.
