Which of my students use Kurzweil?
You should receive a list of your Kurzweil students at the beginning of the year. Check with the library if you’re unsure which of your students use Kurzweil.

Are my Kurzweil students required to take their tests on Kurzweil?
Yes. Each students signs a contract at the beginning of the year stating which classes/tests he or she will do on Kurzweil. Students who no longer wish to use Kurzweil need to speak to their counselor (high school) or Corinne Lake (junior high).

How do I submit my tests?

• Email your test to Kim Haak (khaak@vcs.net) in .doc, .txt, .pdf, or .rtf file formats. Kim converts the test to
  Kurzweil format and sends it to the library.
• Include the date(s) and period(s) of the test in your email to Kim. If you do not include the date and period, the library cannot guarantee computers for your students.
• Send a paper copy of the test to the library, along with any necessary scantrons. Send them in advance
  or with the student.
• Please notify the library of any change in test date/period.
• Pick up the completed tests at the library desk.
