Work Permits

All employed high school students must be issued a work permit. The permits expire 5 days into the new school year. Work permit applications are available in the library or you may download it below. Applications must be signed by the student, parent/guardian, and the employer. Once the application is complete, please return it to the library and allow 24 hours (1 school day) for processing.

All entertainment work permits (for modeling or acting) are handled through the high school or junior high office.

Please note: Work permits may not be faxed or emailed to the library. You must hand-deliver the application or mail it via postal mail and return in-person to sign and pick up the permit.
